Jewelry Info

Most gold chain I use is gold filled 24kt gold over brass.

To ensure the best quality of your jewelry, avoid showering or swimming while wearing. Keep away from lotions and household cleaners.

Sterling and copper tarnish with exposure to oxygen and moisture, so store in a dry location, preferably in an airtight bag or jewelry box. I include a small polishing cloth with the copper jewelry orders.

Refund policy

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS are welcome, only before I ship.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you can do so before I ship by sending me an email conversation. Cancellations are much easier to support then refunds or exchanges.

Once I ship:
Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.

Gems- No refunds or exchanges.

Jewelry and knives-

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back to us for a refund. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be received in the same condition it was sent. Buyer pays for shipping. Once the item is received, the money will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Normal shipping time is 1-3 days after order is placed. Once in USPS hands timing will vary but expect delivery within one week if in the US. International orders up to two weeks.

Shipping is calculated by weight.

International orders, buyer is responsible for custom fees.

I will only do insurance or signature if requested from buyer and it will increase the shipping amount.

If packages is lost or stolen, its buyers responsibility to contact USPS via the tracking number I provide. I will work with you on a case by case basis if replacements are available.
